Which styler is best for my hair type?
ghd IV mini styler - ideal for shorter, textured styles or men’s hair.
ghd IV styler - suitable for mid length to long hair. Perfect for achieving straight, curls, flicks and waves.
ghd IV salon styler - the wider plates are ideal for use on long, thick hair and ideal for styling large sections.

How do I look after the cord on my styler?
When your styler has cooled, fold the cord in the same way it was in the original packaging. Try to avoid winding it around your hand or the body of the styler, or hanging your styler by its cord. Please see our product care section for more information.
How do I clean my styler? .

Wipe your styler with a damp, clean cloth to remove any excess products. Please see our product care section for more information.
How do I use my styler outside the UK?

In countries where the two-pin Euro plug is standard, simply remove the securing screw between the three pins and slide the adaptor from the two-pin plug.
Model 3 and 3.1b stylers only work in countries where 220-240V power supply is available. We recommend you check the voltage available in your destination before you travel.

If you wish to cancel your order, pls email us immediately. 25% cancellation fee applies. The shipped orders cannot be cancelled. We hope you can understand. Thank you!

How Do You Exchange Your Order?

If you want to exchange a product, pls email us and inform us of the reason. We will then provide you with further instructions. The goods can be exchanged under the circumstances of unused and in the original condition with all the original packaging and labels. When returning an item for an exchange, please ensure that your name, address, phone number and instructions are clearly indicated.

We strongly recommend that you use traceable shipping. If your goods lose on the way, you can trace the shipping company. For overseas orders this process sometimes can take up to 30 days.

The Procedure of Return

We would replace/repair the products at no cost to the customers in the occasional event of manufacturing faults. If you want to return an item, pls email us and inform us of the reason. We will then provide you with further instructions. Goods must be returned unuesd and contain all the original packaging and labels. After receiving the return goods, we will refund your full payment.

Insurance

Over 99% of the items will be delivered safely. You don't need to pay extra money for the insurance, the shipping company will be responsible for all the items they undertake. In case your item get lost or damaged, we will be responsible for half the loss.
